BEOBIDE
The origin of this surname is located on a village of Gipuzkoa named
LARRAUL, there are three hoses named Beobide in this village.
There were Beobide families in Ondarrabia since 1744 and in Asteasu since
1749 (all in Gipuzkoa), there were also branches in Bizkaia (Zeanuri and
Barinaga).
Today there are families with this surname in all the Basque Country. In
the University of Deusto, there is a famous Teacher of Politic Law with
this surname (very hard)
Meaning: BIDE means, path, or way, and BEO comes from BEOR: Mare

| A great-aunt of mine - Romualda Ysaguirre y Arana married a Gregorio Beobide - they had one daughter that I know of named Gracia. GREGORIO WAS BORN IN 1865 to Gregorio Beobide Gavica y Echevarria and Josefa Gondra y Badiola in Elantxobe, Vizcaya. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Gladys Ysaguirre Jensen. |

| Buenas, Mi abuelo se llamaba Luis Beobide Barrena, y nació en Durango-Vizcaya en 1897; su padre se llamaba también Luis Beobide (diputado de las cortes) y ya había nacido en Durango, que yo sepa siempre mi familia tiene ya mas de 2 siglos en Durango |

Me gustaria conocer a mis parientes de Espana, se que mi bisabuelo fue de Espana a Mexico a llevar la dinamita en el siglo XIX se llamaba Eugenio Beovide. Tambien se que fueron de Espana a Mexico tres hermanos uno se fue a America del Sur, otro a Mexico y una hermana murio en la travesia.
Me gustaria saber de alguien que sepa de esta familia.

| I' Gari Beobide from asteasu and I have some old papers of family like testaments and similars. They are from 100 years ago more or les. I'm going to see them tonigt and i will say it more exactly. |

I'm from the Beobide family from Azpeitia, Guipuzcoa. In Azpeitia there is only one Beobide family tree, all members are descendants of my grest-grandfather "Atanasio Beobide", also from Azpeitia. About his ancestors, I know nothing else.
