Garbanzos

1 lb garbanzo 1 medium potato
1 meaty soup bone 1 chorizo
1 leek salt to taste
Rinse well and soak garbanzos overnite in water to cover. In morning rinse
and put into pot of boiling water, add soup bone and leek that has been well
rinsed and diced,add chorizo and the potato lthat has been cut into 4
chunks. Do not add slat until last few minutes of cooking time. Cover over
medium heat until done, do not stir while cooking.
